Delivery options and charges

Available destinations, shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please check the delivery address and selected service carefully.

Processing and delivery

We pack garments carefully for delivery. Any processing period, dispatch date or delivery estimate displayed at checkout or agreed in your order confirmation applies to your purchase. A carrier transit estimate runs from dispatch rather than the time an order is placed.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If we cannot fulfil your order within the agreed period, we will contact you. Your legal rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, details are provided after dispatch. If tracking has not updated, a parcel is delayed, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Please retain packaging where practical so we can investigate with the carrier.

We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint. A carrier investigation does not remove your statutory rights.

International delivery

International delivery is available only where offered at checkout. Applicable duties and import taxes collected by us will be shown before payment. Other destination charges, where applicable, may be payable to the carrier or customs authority; we will make the applicable arrangements clear before you place an international order. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Address changes and returned parcels

Contact us promptly if your address is incorrect. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and any agreed redelivery cost. We will not withhold a refund that you are legally entitled to receive.
